On December 11, 2024, Kanematsu Vietnam proudly celebrated its 10th anniversary (2014 – 2024), marking a decade of growth and development since its origins as a representative office established in 1941.
The ceremony was attended by guests with including Mr. Kaoru Tanigawa - Chairman, Mr. Kazuhiko Murai - General Manager of General Affairs Dept. and Mr. Takashi Osaki - General Manager of the Internal Auditing Dept. from Kanematsu Corporation, Mr. Michio Nakano - General Director of Saigon Court Service Apartment and other guests from our group company, as well as many employees of Kanematsu Vietnam.
Opening remarks by Mr. Suzuki Kotaro – General Director of Kanematsu Vietnam, reviewed the 10-year journey of building and growing the company, recounting stories from its early days of establishment, memorable memories, the difficulties and the challenges that the team had to overcome together. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all employees, who have accompanied, dedicated and contributed to the development of Kanematsu Vietnam over the past decade.

Mr. Suzuki emphasized “Looking back over the past 10 years, what stands out the most is the importance of our “One Team” spirit. Whether it was a tough project or a moment of celebration, we have always supported each other, and that’s why we’ve come this far. Let’s continue to move forward, side by side, as we take on new challenges and opportunities, we will continue to challenge ourselves, explore new markets, adopt new technologies, and pursue fresh ideas. I firmly believe that together, we can achieve any goal.”
Although the event was held internally, Mr. Suzuki did not forget to express his gratitude to the customers and partners who have gone along with the company's development journey, hoping to continue to receive their cooperation in the future.
On behalf of the guest, Mr. Kaoru Tanigawa – Chairman of Kanematsu Corporation gave a greeting. Mr. Tanigawa touched on the growth of Kanematsu Vietnam and expressed his joy, saying “We, Kanematsu Corporation also started with a small step and I am pleased to announce that this year marks the 135th anniversary of its establishment. The milestone of 10 years at Kanematsu Vietnam will be the foundation for aiming for even greater heights in the future, and I believe that Kanematsu Vietnam will achieve further growth and development in the same way. Vietnam is a vibrant country and one of the strategic regions that our group is focusing on in the ASEAN region." He expressed his expectations for further growth in the future.

In the program, employees who have made a significant contribution to the development of Kanematsu Vietnam Company for more than 15 years were awarded. In this country, where the average working period for one company is less than 4 years, they have been supporting Kanematsu Vietnam for more than 15 years. It was a moving moment that symbolized dedication and unity to the organization.

The program wrapped up with vibrant cultural performances from three teams of employees and a Karaoke with guests. The lively and warm atmosphere created cherished memories for everyone in attendance. These moments will inspire continued collaboration, driving Kanematsu Vietnam toward even greater success and societal contribution.
For the next 10 to 20 years …Kanematsu Vietnam Company will continue to contribute to the growth of the company, business partners, and the development of the region by working together as “One Team”.
